  9. Your cousin Molly is my best friend, I found your blog on her page and I really enjoy it. I've become a frequent visiter. I'm not a mom but I am a nanny to 2 little girls. And just a little bit of potty training encouragement. Julia, (the youngest of the girls I watch) just turned 4. Last year when she turned 3 she wasn't potty trained either. in fact it wasn't until 2 1/2 months after she turned 3 that the blessed event ocurred. But when she did potty train, it was her timing and not ours. She did it because she was ready, not us. And mark my words, it happened over night. One day she was wearing diapers and the next she asked for panties and aside from a couple of flukes, we've no had a single accident since and because she was older she was potty independent, able to verbalize her needs without being asked and able to go all by herself and wash her hands herself. many of her younger friends however, potty trained at age 2 the same time she did but are still a year later having accidents and need help in the potty. So hold out hope. Addie will use the potty. In her own time and it will be worth the wait...
