Well, hello Rotovirus!

Oh what fun times here at our house!

Just as Gary is getting over his nasty flu, Addie now has rotovirus. What fun. My poor baby was lethargic all day and didn't eat a thing, and finally sucked down a pedialyte popsicle tonight. She's miserable, and I feel like the whole house reeks of... yes, I'm going to say it... diarrhea. Good thing it'll be a little warmer tomorrow so I can open the windows and air out this sick ward.

The girls are finally in bed, so I'm going upstairs to work on a project before Gary gets home. What project, you ask? Oh, it's just my mother-in-law's Christmas present. Hey, better late than never. Story of my life. Doh! (I'll post pics when it's all finished. It's sooooo fun!)

One last thing... I meant to start this thing yesterday and forgot. Oh well, I'm starting today, and I'm sure this won't be my last "catch up" day.

I really want to be more consistent in praying for my kids. I said it awhile back and I just haven't gotten into a routine. But our MOPS group gave out these bookmarks with 31 Biblical Virtues to pray for our kids. With 31 days in March, I thought I'd post one a day to get it in my mind.

So here goes!

1. Salvation... Lord, let salvation spring up within my children, that they may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. (Is. 45:8, 2 Tim. 2:10)

2. Growth in Grace... I pray that my children may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (2 Pet. 3:18)

  4. I hope everyone is feeling better by now.

I get so overwhelmed when I pray for G. So much to cover...it scares me.
