Not for Daddies

Gary, if you're reading this, you should exit immediately.

You won't like what you see...

Last chance...
Emma was the Flower Girl in my sister's wedding last weekend. Isn't she adorable? I'm her mom - I can still say that, right? These are actually from the day after, and that's Abby's veil and bouquet. Emma was pretending to be a bride. Her Daddy wasn't there, or I'm sure he would've put a very quick stop to it!

As soon as I have pictures from the wedding, I'll probably post a few, but I was too busy to take my own. Rest assured that it was beautiful and that my sister looked gorgeous. Emma did a fabulous job as flower girl, even if she got slight stage fright and didn't toss a single petal. She held pretty still up on stage with me and the other bridesmaids, but got tired and sat down at one point. And then, I guess she wasn't close enough to Abby and inched closer and closer until I had to reel her in. She was well-behaved though, and didn't steal the show... too much. :)

  1. What a doll. She's adorable.

Have you heard Steven Curtis Chapman's new song "Cinderella"? This picture made me think of those lyrics.

    She made a beautiful flower-girl!

  5. I love the one of her smelling the bouquet. Just like a bride. What a beautiful little girl. I love the fact that I got to met her and see a glimpse of her great, spunky personality, too. How can Carson resist?:)
